Built out of frustration.
Proven by results.
Gymony didn't start in a boardroom. It started in a gym, with a guy who couldn't figure out why nothing was working.
I spent years trying to crack the gym. I followed YouTube programs, bought apps that tracked everything from macros to moon phases, hired personal trainers, tried splits I found on Reddit at 2am. Some things worked for a few weeks. Most didn't. I was always either burning out, getting injured, or just quietly giving up after a month because I had no idea if I was actually making progress or just suffering.
The struggle was real
Eventually, after a lot of trial and error, I found a set of principles that actually worked for me. Nothing revolutionary: just the right combination of structured progression, realistic recovery, and sessions that had a clear purpose. For the first time, I was making consistent progress and actually enjoying training instead of dreading it.
Then something clicked
Friends started asking what I was doing differently. Then family members. I shared what was working, adapted it to their situations, and watched them get results. People who'd also bounced between apps and trainers and never quite found their footing. That's when I realised this wasn't just a personal quirk. The approach was repeatable. The plan scaled. And most importantly, it was simple enough that people actually stuck with it.
It worked for others too
Before any of this was software, it was a notepad. Literally: scribbled sets, reps, and notes on what worked and what wrecked me. That eventually became a spreadsheet, then a better spreadsheet, then a spreadsheet I was sending to people and maintaining manually like some kind of unpaid personal trainer.
Over a few years of iterating, trimming the noise, and watching what actually moved the needle for different people, the core principles stabilised. Gymony is what that spreadsheet always wanted to be: structured, accessible, and impossible to mess up.
From notepad to app
Gymony is the app I wished I had at the start. Not a data aggregator, not a generic plan generator, not a glorified spreadsheet. Just honest, structured guidance: the kind that tells you exactly what to do, why it matters, and how to keep going when motivation dips.
The plans inside Gymony are built on principles that have been refined over 3+ years of real training with real people, not gym theory, not influencer advice. If you've ever felt like the gym is working against you, you're not broken. You just haven't had the right guide yet.
